You pay for the components
you actually use.
Invenzo is priced the way it is built, component by component. Take the pieces you need, run them alongside the systems you already have, and add more as you grow. No per-user licensing, and no paying for a suite to use a third of it.
Pricing model
How pricing works
Component-based
Take the components you need. Each one plugs into your existing stack, so you are not buying a platform to use a corner of it.
Never priced per user
No seat licences, no per-login charges. Your team can grow without your software bill following it.
Sized to your operation
A fixed platform fee plus volume-based pricing, banded so you can see the next step before you reach it. Packaged differently for mid-market and enterprise, from a single store to a national footprint.
One platform, one contract
The alternative is a storefront vendor, a warehouse vendor, a last-mile vendor and a distribution vendor, four contracts, four renewals, four support desks, and integration work between all of them that somebody has to pay for. Every component here already speaks to the others.
Who we price for
Four shapes of operation, priced differently.

Questions
The things people ask before they book.
We do not publish list prices. You are priced on the components you select, the scale you run at and your segment. Pick your components above and we will send a proposal you can read line by line.
Yes. Each component plugs into the stack you already run, so you can start with the storefront, the warehouse or the last mile alone and add the rest when you need it. You are not buying a suite to use a third of it.
Many of our products has a seven-day trial: sign up and run it for a minimum of seven days before you decide. The admin runs in a browser and picking and putaway run on an Android handheld. For any components, talk to our team and we will put a proposal together around your operation.
You are never priced per user: no seat licences and no per-login charges, so your team can grow without your software bill following it. The Unified Commerce and Distribution bundles carry a fixed platform fee plus volume-based pricing, and what the volume is measured on is stated on each one above.
We do not publish a fixed term. It is set in your proposal alongside the components, scale and segment you pick, the same conversation as your pricing itself.
Renewal is the same conversation as the original proposal: your components, scale and segment are reviewed and pricing is confirmed for the next term before anything changes.
It is scoped and quoted as a one-time cost per deployment, so timelines vary with what you are integrating and how many locations are going live. That estimate comes with your proposal, not as a fixed number here.
Yes. Payment gateways, marketplace channels and WhatsApp ordering connect as standard. Deep ERP integration, into systems like SAP, Oracle or NetSuite, is scoped and quoted once and then maintained by us for the contract term rather than bundled into the platform fee.
Your data is yours: dashboards and AI recommendations are built on your own live data, not a shared or anonymised set. We do not yet have a published data-export or exit policy; talk to our team and we will confirm portability terms as part of your proposal.
For deployments outside India, yes. Domestic deployments are quoted in INR. Talk to our team about the currency for your region.
It is packaged differently for mid-market and for large enterprise, and it scales from a single store to a national footprint. The platform runs today across brands with hundreds of stores as well as single-location retailers.
