01 / Inbound
Receive against the PO
Gate-in, unload, barcode-scan the quantity, and raise the GRN before the vehicle leaves.
02 / Putaway
Put it in a known location
Izoware directs inbound stock to a storage location and holds the record bin by bin, so every unit stays traceable.
03 / Pick & pack
Batch and zone picking
Pick by batch or by zone, then pack at the bench, accurate fulfilment from receipt to shipment.
04 / Dispatch
Shipped and invoiced
Complete the shipment, generate the invoice, and push the data straight into your ERP or billing system.
One screen for the shift lead
The control tower every supervisor keeps open
Purchase orders, receiving, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch on one screen, with real-time stock visibility and the exception queue beside it.

Admin web + picker app
Two surfaces, one source of truth
Izoware admin runs in any internet browser. Picking and putaway run on an Android handheld with barcode scanning, so data is entered on the floor in real time rather than keyed in afterwards.

Floor discipline
The stock file stops drifting from the racks
Most inventory error is untracked movement. Izoware makes every movement a scan (receiving, putaway, transfers, picking and packing), so the stock file keeps matching the racks.
- Receiving that catches shortsGRN-4471Operators scan what is physically on the pallet. Izoware compares it to the purchase order and holds the difference instead of letting it pass into stock.
- Cycle counts that never stop the floor92 bins / dayCount tasks are issued by bin on a rolling schedule. Counters work between picks, and only a variance beyond your tolerance is escalated for recount.
- Store to store, rack to rackTransfers move stock between stores and between bins inside the same warehouse.
- Vendor returns with a paper trailEvery vendor return is raised with a reason and tagged to the vendor, with a credit or debit note created against the original GRN.
Unit-level traceability
Bin-level is the floor, not the ceiling
Every unit received gets its own stock ID. Izoware holds it against a bin along with its manufacturing and expiry dates, and keeps the whole history (putaway, transfer, pick, return, damage) as a record you can pull up on one screen.
A stock ID per unit
Each unit gets its own PSID at goods receipt, printed as a label and scanned at every hop after that.
Batch & expiry per unit
Manufacturing and expiry dates ride with the unit, so first-expiry-first-out picking and expiry reporting come for free.
Full movement history
Available, damaged and historical states per stock ID, every transfer and status change, with the PO it arrived on.

Honest comparison
Built for Complex Warehousing
If you ship under 50 orders a day from one room, your ERP stock module is enough and we will tell you so. The gap opens up once bins, batches and multiple nodes enter the picture.

| Stock granularity | Warehouse total | Bin and stock location |
| When variance shows up | At the next stock take | Within the shift, as a count task |

| Data entry on the floor | Written down, keyed in later | Barcode-scanned on an Android handheld |
| New contract picker, day one | Shadow a senior for a week | Guided picking and putaway on the handheld |
| Restocking another store | Manual transfer request | Store to store transfer, requested and tracked |
